It has been years since I have actually read To Kill A Mockingbird. This game is the first thing that has actually made me want to reread it, I think. Fantastic game.

Nathan's messed up man. I think within context of "To Kill a Mockingbird", this game was pretty great. Without completely messing up the continuity of the original story, this game adds onto it and enhances the perspective which makes the experience that much more meaningful in a way.

My gripes with the game would be that lack of tutorial(this is just a personal preference though), and the lack of music. I think ambient sounds of like trees or wind would go a long way.

However, I think the things you lack here don't take away from what you put into the game. That is to say, a story in its core is a series of words that evokes images and emotions within the reader. By that definition I think you did a pretty good job. Simple and Meaningful. Good job dude!

thank you! the cementing happens in the actual book and the children think of nathan pretty much the same as you 😄

It is a bit confusing since I have no idea who I (the benevolent hand) am supposed to be, had to read up on a summary of the novel to understand what the story is about, it makes sense once you know the story though, cool interactive novel :)
